This policy explains what personal data the JonkoSpots app ("JonkoSpots", "we", "us") collects, why, who it is shared with and what your rights are. JonkoSpots is developed and run by an independent developer in the Netherlands, who is the controller of your data under the GDPR. Questions: jonkospots.nl@gmail.com.
JonkoSpots is only for people aged 18 and older.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not collect payment details: the app has no purchases.
Spots and reviews are public inside the app, together with your username and profile picture. Your email address and age are never shown to other users.
Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Those transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Google's Standard Contractual Clauses.
You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile, Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, profile, profile picture, and all your spots, spot pictures and reviews. You can also email us to ask for deletion.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can withdraw consent for location, camera, photos and tracking in your device settings. To use your rights, email jonkospots.nl@gmail.com; we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored with Google Firebase. Access rules make sure only you can read your profile and change your own spots and reviews. No system is completely secure, so please use a password you do not use anywhere else.
JonkoSpots is not meant for anyone under 18. If we learn that someone under 18 has an account, we delete it.
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page. For important changes we will also tell you in the app.
